Clinical Director
Angela Winzer holds a degree in nursing a master's in social work, both from Grambling State University. With experience as a home health nurse and social work nurse, she combines her medical expertise with a compassionate approach to patient care. Angela is dedicated to making a impact in the lives of her clients through her dual knowledge in healthcare and social work.

Executive Director
Rev. E.C. Morgan serves as the Pastor of Mt. Zion #2 Missionary Baptist Church in Dubach, Louisiana were he has led the congregation for over 15 years but has 40 years of pastoral leadership experience . He serves as Congress President of the Liberty Hill Baptist Association .He is a retired U.S. Army Veteran and Wounded Warrior he is dedicated in his role to provide servant leadership by serving the community with a strong resilience of Faith and Ministry.
Board of Directors President
Doris Hammock is a dedicated professional with a strong background in business and human resources, having attended at the Louisiana Tech University and The University of Arkansas. Has a background in Retail Management for 40 years and has served as a Operations Manager of a Financial Institution . Doris is also passionate giving back to her community and has served on various boards for Christian education, reflecting her commitment to learning and growth in others.

Board of Directors Secretary
Sharon Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. She has extensive experience as an Office Manager and brings strong organizational, financial, and administrative expertise to the board. She currently serves as Administrative Assistant of the Mt. Zion #2 Missionary Baptist Church.


Board of Directors Vice President
Kendra McMurry is a proud graduate of Grambling State University, where she earned her degree in Nursing. With a Master's in Nursing Education, she now serves as a dedicated Professor of Nursing at her alma mater, inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Kendra is also actively involved in the community, serving on numerous boards to promote health and education initiatives. Her commitment to nursing and education reflects her passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Board Member
Sheriff Landon Hunt is a devoted member of the community. Sheriff Hunt serves as Chief Deputy for the Lincoln Parish Sheriffs Office . Hunt has been in law enforcement for the last 20 years , the past 15 years with the Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office.



Board Member
Stanley Lewis is a dedicated educator and leader who grew up in the close-knit community of Lincoln Parish. A proud graduate of Grambling University. He holds a degree in education and has spent three decades making a positive impact in teaching and administration. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of the Boy Scouts of America, where he continues to inspire and mentor youth in his community.



Case Manager
Regina Dunn has dedicated her career to serving the community at the Department of Children and Family Services since 2002. With a strong commitment to her church from a young age, Regina has always valued helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Grambling University in 1985, laying the foundation for her impactful work in social services.




Board Member
Janice Evans is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University . She is Currently SVP Retail Operations Manager for Origin Bank where she has served the community for over 20 years. She leads and have been awarded in her roles as she keeps core values and integrity. She is a member of NAMI and is a asset to this board and project.
Our Mission and Vision
Mt. Zion Community Faith Healing Restoration Project
Mt. Zion Community Faith Healing Restoration Project has targeted and understand the need for mental health in the rural communities. Our mission is to address the needs of Young Adults, Parents, Veterans, (Families of Veterans), and Children. This initiative will provide critical training for this illness and support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and family stress. By offering accessible telehealth services, referrals, educational resources of parents and young people, and a safe space for families to connect. We aim to foster healthier, more connected communities. Hand-In-Hand We Stand and aim to make a lasting impact on the mental health of our communities, empowering families to prioritize emotional well-being and break the stigma surrounding mental health care.
